We may use the following third-party service providers named below to process and store your data:

  • Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which we use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their privacy policy.

  • Google LLC, which provides our email service. 

  • Wix.com, who host our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to display services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

  • We will sometimes need to share your data with our event partners to support the development and delivery of our events and services.

  • If consent is provided, we may share your contact details with other event attendees so that you may keep in touch.

We do not share your data with third party marketers.

What are your rights over your personal data?
You have the following rights in respect of our processing of your personal data:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you

  • The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete

  • The deletion, erasure or removal of your personal data
